Great question! NMIS offers several training programmes for SMEs through the Manufacturing Skills Academy:

📚 ReMake Training Series — Free programme exploring digital tools and circular business models, held across Glasgow.

🎓 CPD & Upskilling — Continuous Professional Development courses tailored to manufacturing professionals at all career stages.

🤝 National Transition Training Fund — Funded by the Scottish Government’s £25m NTTF, providing free support including workforce upskilling.
