Our AI chatbot services depend on third-party infrastructure, including OpenAI's platform and external hosting providers. While we aim for high availability (targeting 99.9% uptime), Thinking ForWord does not control these external systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from service downtime or unavailability.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services at any time without notice if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinking ForWord and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
