Refund Policy for Thinking Forword AI Services
At Thinking Forword, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality AI chatbot solutions tailored to their business needs. Our services are designed with flexibility, customization, and scalability in mind. Please read this refund policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Cooling-Off Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the purchase without providing any reason. This cooling-off period applies unless:
- The services provided are customized or personalized to your specific requirements.
- The services are fully delivered within this 14-day period with your consent.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period, please contact us in writing at billing@thinkingforword.com before the 14-day period expires.
2. Personalized and Custom Services
As many of our services involve significant customization (such as tailored chatbot development, integrations, or branding specific to your business), you acknowledge that once we begin the development process or any customization work, you may lose your right to cancel the service and request a refund. By agreeing to our terms of service, you provide explicit consent to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that the cooling-off period no longer applies once the customization begins.
3. Services Already Delivered
If the AI chatbot service or integration has been fully delivered or installed before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period, you will not be eligible for a refund, as the service has been completed. This includes any chatbot development, plugin installations, or custom integrations specified in the contract.
4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
If you are on a subscription or ongoing support plan, you may cancel future services by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period once the services have commenced.
5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services where the work has already started and is in progress.
- Fully completed and delivered services or projects.
- Subscription fees for services already rendered during the billing period.
- Any custom integrations, developments, or training once they have commenced or been delivered.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the conditions mentioned above, please contact us at billing@thinkingforword.com with your order details, and we will review your request. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
Thinking Forword reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time, and changes will be communicated to our clients in writing.
